Custom field position in view issue

Hello,
I recently created a custom field for my issues.
If the position of this field is correct when creating an issue, I would like to be able to define the position of this field when viewing an issue.

Currently, my custom field is in the details of the issue while I would like it to be under the description.

Acceptance Criteria in this screenshot is my custom field as wiki render.

How can I make a screen that meets my needs?

You will need to get the code for Jira, rewrite the part that handles the layout of the view screen, recompile and deploy it.
