Customer stopped seeing the issues after the migration.

Hi,

We have configured JSD projects in cloud instance and. Tickets are moved from one JSD project to another. Customers are there in both projects.

Now all the Customer stopped seeing the issues after the migration. 

Please let us know the cause of this. Thanks in advance.

When you say "tickets are moved", do you mean they are moved from one project to another in one instance or between "JSD projects in cloud instance and.", whatever the . is supposed to be?

Tickets are moved from one project to another in the same instance.

Hmm, ok, that suggests that the customer is not a customer in the target Service Desk.  Can they raise new requests in the Service Desk you've moved to?
