Hello there,
I'm looking to customise the JSM requests dashboard to present the right level of information to the customers.
More specifically, we use a custom priority field and would like to replace the default priority column (see screenshot below) with our custom field. If possible, also add extra columns that are not part of the predefined options. Any clues?
Thanks in advance
Tulio
Hi @tulio_domingos ,
assuming you are an administrator you should be able to first click on your avatar send it to you and select manage columns. Note not the "manage columns you see as a button on your image here. Once you have selected the correct manage columns, you will be presented with a list of available fields that can be enabled.
Hi @tulio_domingos , there is no native workaround to customize the list view beyond what see there. You would need to consider an addon app if justified.

Hey @Jack Brickey thanks a lot for the response.
The "manage columns" option only provides a set of predefined columns, which means I can't add any custom fields as columns.. Do you know of any workaround for this?

Hi @tulio_domingos ,
If you are looking for a way to add columns to the request list that do not exist in the predefined list of columns, and also enhance the filters, you can check our app Advanced Portal Reports. You can use it to show your customers on the portal a table report with many details about their tickets from Jira: custom fields, labels, SLAs, etc. They can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets with a very simple UI.
If it sounds helpful you can try it free for 30 days.
Cheers,
Elitsa

Thanks @Elitsa Velikova _Nemetschek Bulgaria_,
Add columns to the request list that do not exist in the predefined list of columns is precisely what I want to do, but would prefer to explore options within JSM/Jira's built-in functionality as I'm not willing to pay specifically for that..

Unfortunately, this is not possible out-of-the-box for JSM. However, our app is free for up to 10 users, so depending on your number of users, you might not have to pay :)
Cheers,
Elitsa
