I am new to Jira Service Desk Cloud, and I would like to modify the default view for incidents. I would like to remove the fields that we do not use (highlighted in red) and I would like to add a custom field that we created (highlighted in yellow). I’ve already added the custom field to the ‘Edit’ menu, but I would like it on the default page when you click on an incident. This will make it much easier for our agents to update the custom field and remove a lot of the clutter we don’t need.
Thanks for any advice!

Hi @Joe-
In your projects screen scheme, you can edit this screen, which would be your 'view screen'. Note you must have Jira Admin permissions to do so. Once the screen is edited, you can choose the fields that appear.

Thanks Mary. I had already added it to the view screen. I figured out that it needed a default value set before it would show up. So I just added a default value to our custom field and it's working now.
