Customize notification to agent when customers reply

When a customer replie to a question within an issue in JSD, the assignee agent receives a notification that shoes that the status changed from Waiting for customer to Waiting for support. Is it possible to customize this notification to be able to see what the customer wrote/commented/replied? Today there is not much information in the notification the agent receives.

Hello!

 

Agent should also receive comment itself. Take a look on your notification scheme (Project settings -> Notifications -> Issue Commented). There should be Assignee added to this notification (counting on your agent to be assignee of the request).
