For GDPR purposes we want to avoid sending the normal notifications in a specific JIRA project that is managing HR issues. We have customized all these notifications so they only shows that an issue has been updated. Summary and Description are not displayed as they can consist of personal information.
For the @mentions notification it seems like this is a generally configured notification which cannot be changed easily. We would prefer if it could be customized just for a specific JIRA project. Anyone knows if this is possible?

Currently, it's not possible to customize agent notifications. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Thanks for your reply, but I might have been unclear in my entry. We are using JIRA Software and not JIRA Service Desk.

The feature request also applies to Jira Software and Core because on Service Desk the agents receive the system notifications the same as other licensed users and system notifications are not customizable.
