We have a large amount of data attached to tickets (files, diagrams, etc.) which we would want to have access to after the ticket is closed. How long does Jira Service Management retain the data in these tickets for an active account?
How about for an inactive account?
Is there a backup solution which can be used to back up attached files within tickets?

Mike, you can create PDF snapshots of a ticket (or of many tickets) then store those PDF files on a storage that you control - as long term archiving solution. The PDF documents can capture all ticket details and can also embed the original ticket attachments!

I'd believe that if you are paying customer, they will not delete any part of your information.
