Different edit screen for one project in service desk

Hello,

I am trying to add different edit screen for different request type in one project. I know that according to issue type we can have just one screen for editing in one project. but here for example in project a, request type aa in edit screen i want to have fields 1, 2 , 3 & 4 and in request type ab in edit screen i want to show fields 4,5,6 & 7. thanks for sharing your information.

Hello,

When you setup fields for request type, you can hide and show necessary fields from the issue type screens. You can find more info here:

thanks alexey,

but this is just for creating screen not for editing. in the customize the fields on a request type part also my developers get annoyed from a lots of fields and they want for example show just 3 fields in one request type and show another 4 fields in other request type in edit screen automatically not by customizing. finally i thanks u answered my question very soon.
