Email notification to customer before 2 days of due date in jira service desk

Hi,

In our environment, we are trying to configure vendor contracts and renewal process in JSD

here, we want to send a notification to the customer before 2 days of the due date.

help me with this.

Hi @Pooja

You could solve this with automation for JIRA if you want it to be an individual email per issue. 

Or maybe the solution proposed in this question could be a solution for you.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Is it achievable without plugins? 

And also the email notification should send to the customers in Jira Service Desk. These customers are just a part of JSD, and they are not the users of JSD. (Filter subscription option is not possible for them).

No, It is not possible without a plugin.
