Email notification when issues is overdued

Hi guys, 

I would like an e-mail to be sent two days prior to a Due Date then another e-mail if the Due Date has passed. How do I do that please?

You could create a couple of filters for the issues, save them, and then subscribe to receive emails.  Please look here for how to do that:

Automation. You can run an automation daily and check and issues due date. If it’s within two days you send an email with whatever text you want and if it’s within the day or overdue you can send a different email. Check the documentation for automation Atlassian Support site - support.atlassian.com

Thank you so much for your answer Jack. Do you have any video tutorials? Are you talking about Automation triggers? I can't find the due-date trigger here. Thank you so much for your help
