Email notification

Hello,

I currently have Jira Software 8.5.1 but I have a problem, at the moment of changing an incident or creating it, the notifications to the user via e-mail take approximately 10 minutes to notify a change of state, I cannot find a way to change so that it takes less time , any ideas?

Hello Sistemas,

In JIRA 8 the functionality has improved so that all changes are grouped in one mail (default :10 minute window). Your Jira admin can enable this feature by going to  > System > Batching email notifications.

This has worked for me, I have another question that I do not know if you can solve it, by copying an image in a of a comment when the notification of the change arrives in the mail indicating that an image has been added, this image leaves me with an X, can you help? Tell you that when I send an image from the e-mail to the jira if it is seen in the jira but not from the jira to the mail, thanks.
