When I create a site, I get the following error:
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 918aaf5da4c74c8096ecc87a009cecb3)。
my ip Information:
ISP: Misaka Network Inc.
Services: Datacenter
City: Seattle
Region: Washington
Country: United States
Why does this happen?
Hi
I understand you are seeing this error during the sign up for a new site. Are you by chance seeing a captcha appear on the page during this sign-up process? That captcha has to be completed in order to finish the sign up. Some customers have reported not seeing this in the past, but if that happens, the signup is expected to fail. It can sometimes happen due to network restrictions not displaying the captcha at all.
I'd like to try to learn more about your situation. Do you see the captcha? Were you able to pass it?
With this additional info, perhaps I can reach out to my team that can investigate this further.
Andy
Hi @剑桥 李
I got an update from my team that manages this form. They found there is a problem for some users trying to create a site. They are working on a fix. In the mean time, please try to refresh the page and try again. The recaptcha should load correctly and provided you can complete that part you should then be able to complete the sign-up process.

Hi @Andy Heinzer , I don't see any verification code on the registration page. I just opened the URL and used the browser debugger to see a lot of errors, and I don't know what these errors are causing the problem。

Thanks for that screenshot. It appears that there is a recaptacha script that is not being loaded by your browser. Are you located within mainland China?
I ask, because the script seems to be trying to reach a www.gstatic.cn domain. I would only expect that domain to be used for connections in that region. Our site does utilize google's recaptcha in order to complete the process.
If your network connection passes through China, that might be a factor here as the great firewall of China is known to prevent our captcha from appearing on the page. If you cannot complete that captcha the sign-up process will fail. One means we have seen to address this would be to temporarily use a vpn in order to complete the sign-up process. If the VPN is located within a different country that can sometimes help to finish this signup process successfully.

Thank you!
I used a US IP when I created the site. But I don't know why there is no verification code on the page. If it still doesn't work, is there any other way to create a site?

Sorry, I do not have an alternative means to create these sites. I would suggest trying a different vpn service and/or location to see if you can complete the signup that way.
