Export and import Project Settings

Hello.

I am working Jira Service Desk v3.5.3.

I have 2 instances of Jira: one is for development and the other is for tests.

I'd like to export some stuff from development instance to the test instance, like Request Types, Issues Types, SLAs and others.

I've tried 2 plugins:

- Configuration Manager for Jira, which I found out doesn't support (yet) Request Types.

- Project Configurator for Jira, which is giving me errors (maybe because of broken references to issues in workflows, which I still couldn't resolve).

Are there other alternatives that you could recommend?

I do not know about the alternatives. But it is the usual task with Configuration Manager and Project Configurator to make your project clean before using the plugins. Once you eliminate all the errors your project migration will become easy. Anyway it s a good thing to get rid of broken references.

I agree with you with that.

But I am stuck with this issue.

If you could help me with it I would appreciate it.
