Hello Dears !
I'm using JETI plugin to fetch emails from functional mailboxes (Jira DC 9). Emails are added in "Email" tab of each ticket. Also reply to cases are sent from JETI plugin and added to issues. JETI is configured in a way that eml files are not added to attachments of issue. I need to get export of all this emails from all issues but it looks like there is no RestAPI for that. Is there any way to do it with script or do I need to export somehow from database ? Please let me know your recommendations.

Piotr
Hi! there is API available for this plugin but it does not contain call I need for this use case. Based on API documentation linked I can only export things from email log. This is not sufficient for me as log is not covering all issues in system (periodic purge & max limit of 1 year).
Hi @Piotr Witka
I know.
But the email tab on an issue is coming from the app and basically shows the log information based on email actions to the issue
So it show the log rules from the email log based on this issue.
So the api call "Request Email Items from the Audit Log" should give this information, otherwise its best to contact the vendor.

I posted this support request to vendor already & will share here some outcomes later for future generations of jira admins ;)

Hi @Piotr Witka
Indeed no API is available for this app.
You could reach out to the vendor support and see if they have a solution for this.
