Getting error upon new demo project creation

Hello!
I have a 30 days X ray trial version. And Im trying to create a demo project with Xray in Jira to build a POC to evaluate test case management in Jira.

However when I try to create the project Im getting 'unexpected error has occurred' message. Please see the attached video.
I would appreciate if you can help troubleshoot

You should contact the X-ray vendor directly for support with their app.

Hey John,

The issue continues to persist. I reached out to the Xray support team and they are not able to help troubleshoot. I'd appreciate of you can review the discussions in the ticket below. I was told to reach out to Atlassian

Atlassian Support page is not allowing me to open a ticket for the issue Im having. I'd appreciate your help with this.

My Request is the following

Need help with uninstall Xray so I can re-install the app.
We have cancelled subscription on our end but waiting for Atlassian to complete the request. Below is a screen shot of subscription cancellationimage (15).png

Hi @Seema jain 

Since your account is not a site-admin, that is why you cannot create a technical support case directly with us.  That said, you will be able to directly create a Billing issue with our customer advocate team.  For the sake of canceling an app in this manner, that team would have to handle this as the technical team doesn't have the ability to change subscriptions.

I would recommend including a site-admin or billing contact for your account as changes of this nature still do typically have to come from one of those users.
