Hello,
I have a question, I have a few SD I use for testing and some other things and I don't want my customers who have jira accounts to see my service desks, I still want anyone email the service desk and be able to create a service request, but I don't want my customer to see them.
Thanks,
BR, Olga
I found this plugin
Extension for Jira Service Desk
It enabled me to hide SD from HelpCenter but everyone can still raise a request via email.
Hi Olga,
Change that project permission:

Hi Olga,
Question: do you want to hide specific "Request Types" within a project from the portal or do you want to hide an entire service desk "project" from customers?

Hi,
I want to hide an entire service desk "project" from customers, but if someone sends a request via email the issue is created, for example a SD that's receiving monitoring alerts.

Olga,
I think Cristian (above) has the right solution.

Hi,
What Cristian suggested disabled the option that anyone can raise a request via email,
i wanted for everyone to be able to raise a request via email but to limit who sees it in
HelpCenter.
