How I can create a rule on Time Tracking field and apply on Issue Type "Tasks" not on "Story"?

I want to restrict my users so that when they move the tasks from any state to a "Done" state if time is not logged for that issue, they should not be able to move that issue to the Done State.

And also, this rule should be applied to tasks and Bugs only. Not on Story and Epic.

Hi @Shivam Desai  For this you need to apply Value Field Condition in Workflow for Done transition, project automation doesn't work in this case. 

For Bug and Tasks, create a copy of the existing workflow if it's mapped with Epic/Story , applied Copied workflow to Task and Bug issue type and apply Condition.

Note that if you have multiple transitions to the "Done" state (e.g. In Progress -> Done and All -> Done), you will need to set conditions for all transitions.

If you need validation for all transitions then yes you need to apply to all incoming transitions to Done status. 
You have All > Done transition then Apply on this transition only and you can remove In progress >> Done transition if no transition screen, validator , condition , post function is added on this transition

It is not working for me

I have even added time spent field in the layout of the issue

But it is not showing

And I dont have time spent field in layout, i do have time tracking
