I have a company email, and I want to log in to Jira with it, but even though it says it has sent me a verification code, I can't find any email when I check my inbox. The emails that it says have been sent are not reaching me. Can you help me solve this problem?

I tried the steps you suggested, but I couldn't reach a solution
Our admin checked my account status and found that it has an error message. I looked up the error on Google and I think my email might be on your email suppression list. Can we consider this scenario?
