Hi Team,
1) I have added a "group picker" custom field called "Group responsible"
2)the same field I have added ABC project.
3) I have added "Group responsible" fields in ABC project notification to get email Issue created, issue updated...etc
But the "Group responsible" group users not getting any email notification
For example of screen shot: that DMS IT users not getting any emails
can you help me the same?

I think you need to try with the Group field, instead of the Group Custom Field

I dont even have "Group Picker" on my instance... Are you using cloud or on premise?
