Hi all!
We have a request from a set of users who want to be able to jump into an issue, complete their work, and click a "next" button to move the next issue in the queue.
Today after they finish working on an issue, they have to click the "Back" button to go back to the queue, and manually find the next issue to jump into. With larger queues it isn't trivial.
Is there any way to sequentially move between issues or an existing development request?
@Brian Canchola-Fenochio Welcome to the Atlassian community
There is nothing in the delivered product other than just opening the issue in a new window and closing that window when it is complete.
I was not able to find a feature request but would suggest that you submit one. https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
To add on to what @Brant Schroeder mentioned, what you could do is have specific queues for different statuses. Lets say you have one that for the current user it is only showing issues that that user is assigned to and only have the status "waiting for support". Once the work is done and the status is updated, either via automation or manually, the queue would only show the next issue that the user should work on.

Thank you both for the quick replies!
I'll talk with the users to see is that workaround might work for some of their scenarios.
I'll go ahead and submit a feature request though!

For anyone that comes across this here is the feature request:
