How do I make a external project in the portal...a internal project.

I have a test project that shows up in customer help center ...how do I make this a internal project that is visible to customer? Thank you in advance for your help

Only customers with access to the service desk project will see the portal in the help center.

So you need to limit the access for only those customers that you want to share the portal with.

Take a look at the project settings > customer permission section

And then add customers to your project via the Customers menu. Or if only internal employees should be able to access it, use Project settings > People and put the correct user group in the role Jira Service Desk customers.
