How send e-mail about issue type to a recipient who isn't between involved customers

Hi,

How create rule in JIRA Service managment cloud automation that under certain conditions send e-mail about issue type to a recipient who is neither reporter, nor assignee, nor request participant?

Hi Arnis,

In the automation rule, when you create the Send email action, you can put an email address directly in there - it does not have to be related to a field or person in Jira.

Unable to enter direct email address in "To" field:

Just start typing the email. When finished be sure to click the value to have the automation put it in there.

Interestingly, in some cases input is allowed in email address field, but in others I could only choose addressee from a menu. What could it depend on?

No sure, you might post here the entire rule for those that will not let you type in the field.
