I have a project in JIRA and i want to know how to create automatically tickets. I present to you the scenario: at the end of each month, we are invited to send a survey satisfaction (automatic) to all our customers in different projects. we have the JIRA Automation Lite Add-on but it doesn't make us able to schedule a rule that permit the automation creation of tickets.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using JIRA Automation Lite Add-on (PRO), you can make use of trigger schedule issue and then create issue action.
Bu default, there is no direct option for recurring tickets. You can read some other options mentioned in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-5185

That's true. But full use case says that they have to send Surveys for their customers rite ?
Automation alone cannot solve this requirement.

Before suggesting a solution need to understand what type of projects are they ? are they service desk projects ?
It's definitely not going to be possible to send a satisfaction survey for customers using automation for Jira alone. There needs to be a template, questionnaire needs to be sent out so there might be need for another add-on maybe.
Is there any Survey plugins being used ?
Based on the inputs we can provide inputs.

Sorry for ma late answer.
They are management projects .
In fact, every end of month, we have to create automatic issues in different projects and assign them to our customers.
We have tried to create an automation rule with the JIRA Automation Lite plugin but the automatic creation is not possible, we don't find "Create" in the list of actions.
