How to add images on Canned Response screen?

Hi all, 

How can I add images on the Canned Response Screen? 

I remember that adding images was working by Ctrl C + Ctrl V. 

But after I re-install Jira Service Desk Server, it shows following error message: 

(Once, I did Ctrl C + Ctrl V) 

(After I save the canned response, it shows the image like this) 

I enabled the Attachment and attachment permissions...

Also, uploading attachment is fine but if I put it on the screen, the same issue appears. 

Could you please help me with this issue?

More like an oversight. 

The image/attachment button in the WYSIWYG should be disabled when adding canned responses.

As attachments belong to issues in Jira, making them work for canned responses would not be trivial to implement... which is possibly why Atlassian have been ignoring JSDSERVER-6999 for more than 3 years.
