Hi @Kandeepan, Nivetha ,
As an additional note on what John said, Jira panels are not customizable as the ones in Confluence.
However, there's a feature request related to that: JRACLOUD-91925: Customizable panels in Jira Cloud if you wish to drop a vote or monitor updates.
Cheers,
Tobi
Yeah , more similar to this but I need to add new options in the Info Panel itself. Is that possible ? I mean in the highlighted section. Thanks!

These five (Info, Note, Success, Warning and Error) are the only ones at the moment. With linked request/suggestion, you'll probably be able to customize emojis and colors, but that's still not the same as adding a new panel on a global/site level.
You could probably contact Atlassian Support, and they might open that suggestion on JAC for you.
Cheers,
Tobi

@Kandeepan, Nivetha I'm probably not the right person to ask as I don't work for Atlassian 😅
I guess the product team needs to review it first (and to get this prioritized, it should probably get some more votes).
I've just checked and there are almost 6500 open suggestions related to Jira Cloud so it might be a while 👀

Hi Kandeepan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If you mean that you want to be able to do the same thing with the Acceptance Criteria field that you can with the Description field, then you need to change the renderer for the Acceptance Criteria field.
To do that you need to edit the Field Configuration for the project. Go to Project Settings > Fields
Then search for the Acceptance Criteria field and change the default renderer to Wiki style.
