How to automatically set a label according to source website?

Hi!

We have 2 different environments for our app: demo.ourwebsite.com and prod.ourwebsite.com.

The JSD widget is present on both sites so that customers can search the KB and create support tickets.

I would like the label DEMO to automatically apply to tickets getting created via demo.ourwebsite.com so that I can highlight these on the board and differentiate them from production tickets.

Any ideas on how I could achieve this? I'm on JSD cloud and its a company-managed project.

Your question has a lot of merit.  This is currently unavailable, but you may want to go vote for this enhancement request, even though it has been out there quite a while.

[JSDCLOUD-6239] Capture "Context" (url, ...) with the widget requests - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Hi @Sascha

If you view a created issue via Jira API the widgets is there a differentiation to be made from where the issues where created?

If this is there, we could make an automation rule that when an issue is created, makes an api call, from the response we could ge t the correct information and stor this is variable and edit the label or component based on the variable

Thanks Marc, but that's way too complicated for me unfortunately. Will keep this potential solution in mind though.
