How to change "Cannot find service desk" message when user is not a customer

Brody Painter June 13, 2018

When a user attempts to access a Service Desk that they are not a customer of, they are presented with a page saying "Cannot find service desk" and a button "Raise another request". We would like to provide different information on this page. Is this possible?

We are also using RefinedTheme for Jira Service Desk.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Brody,

It depends on how your customers permission that the JIRA admin set them up. There are 3 options as mentioned in the tutorials. Please see link and attached image for more information.

Hi Victor,

Thanks for the reply. This behavior is what we want, however what I am looking for is to change the text displayed when a user does not have permission to the project.

Brody,

My assumption is that the default message is set by Atlassian, owners of the tool.
