Hello,
I need to change the Calendar in my Jira Servicedesk for reporting.
My reports are returning data also for weekends (Saturday, and Sunday), and I want to get data only from Monday to Friday.
Is there any way to set the Calendar only for reports?
Thank you
This is the Calendar setting I need to change to avoid weekends in the reports.

I would like to do this too, feels like it should be simple but as with many JSD things it isn't...

Go to Service Desk Project->Project Settings->SLA and check which is the defined calendar.
You can define working days/hours there.

Hello Gezim, thank you for your answer!
I am who created the ticket but I am loggin now with other user.
The setting you say is to define a Calendar for your SLAs, but that's different from the Calendar that is set for the reports (left Menu option).

I though SLA data during weekends was the problem :), hence the suggestion.
I'm not aware of any feature to filter dates in Service Desk reports, but maybe you could get creative in the JQL. Still long shot.

JQL only sets the criteria to get the data You want to show.
So yes, I am not getting data from the weekends and that's why You see a 0 in the chart below. The thing is that I dont want to show the weekedns in my chart.
