I'm using Jira Work Management Form Builder to create an intake process. When it is created, it automatically labels the form as "business-form". How do I edit that so it changes to a different label? I can add other labels but can't remove this one.
TIA
Hi @Shree Khalid ,
Using Colored Label Manager you can define your labels, cleanup and organize them quickly with bulk powerful functionality .
More functionality that can help you get the job done.
1. Visualize your labels with at-a-glance quickness to save time and avoid mistake - Make your issues more colorful
2. Edit, rename merge and delete duplicate, misspelled or wrong labels without having to go through each issue

Sure!
So below are the form and the way it shows up in the list afterwards. I can pick other labels, but no matter what the "business-form" label always shows up. So i'm hoping to change business-form to "intake-request" or something

I don't think the form is putting the label in. It might be some automation or a post function on your create transition in your workflow. You should check those.

I can't seem to find anything in the workflow that's specific to the form builder, but i will check the automations to see if i can somehow override it!

@Shree Khalid curious about where you found this and how you solved it. I'm running into the same issues with my form.

I was not able to find any post-function for this (I doubt it exists...) but I raised a support request at Atlassian and they have created the following ticket - please give it a vote if this issue also affects you.
