How to check if Time Spent field equals "0" or is empty?

Simply just want to perform an action if a user has not logged any time at all yet.

Tried the following but doesn't seem to work...
I don't get any errors either; just 'No Actions Performed'.

I think this comes from your smart value, try with the following one : 

{{issue.timetracking.timeSpentSeconds}}
