Hi,
we are using Jira service desk component and have setup our first request types. However, I cannot find a way to enable our service desk customers to change their requests once they have been created.
E.g. request is created and agent noticed that some information is missing. Agent asks the customer to add this information but the only option I see from customer perspective is to add another comment. Is there no way to enable the customer changing the content of the request fields once the request is created?

Unfortunately they can't change it. They can only add comments. The service desk agents could then change it for the customer.
