Hi,
I am trying to export the below details from Jira for a particular quarter :
1. Sum of time spent to acknowledge the ticket. (Time to first response)
2. Sum of time spent to resolve the ticket. (Time to Resolution)
3. Sum of efforts spent on the ticket. (Time spent)
4. Tickets which have broken SLA's (Time to Ack or Time to resolution)
Can anyone advice on this?

In JIRA- project>reports>Forecast & Managment>Time Tracking report
for resolution report

I could not find any forecast management option in the reports tab.
Is it a customized one under reports..?

Thanks for the reply. But here we are using JIRA service desk project not the JIRA software project. Could you please suggest us on how to extract these reports in a service desk project.
