How to manage add-ons? or is it apps? plugins?

I have installed Realtime boards from Miro to my Jira cloud instance. 

I want to remove it but can't find the area to manage add-ons in Jira Administration. 

The one help article I found stated: 

1. From the top navigation bar in your application, choose > Add-ons or Manage apps 

I have a settings icon in the bottom of my lev nav. However there is no option for Add-ons or Manage apps. 

I do have an Apps section but that is only to find new ones. I don't see a way to manage existing ones. See screenshot. 

How do I remove existing add-ons/apps?
