How to move changes from a DEV clone of PROD to PROD (Jira Software and Service Desk)

We have Jira Software and Service Desk running in PROD.

I created a Clone of the server and gave a new IP for DEV testing so that changes made do not break PROD.

How do we move changes made in DEV to PROD without having to manually do it?

Any suggestions welcome :)

what kind of changes are you talking about ? 

If you're thinking about projects configuration, workflows etc there is no way to only export/import those settings natively.
