How to notify for particular user when the new project is created in jira

How to get the notification automatically for admin or role or lead when the new project is created  in the jira instance

What comes to mind is the Webhook feature that would allow to trigger a webhook on a project creation. That webhook could then send a notification to slack or any of you communication tool.

But the thing is webhook is used for integration of unsupported application like rally, Bugzilla etc i mean like rather than Atlassian tools

You're right, but your other solution is marketplace addons or custom addon. 

I don't think there's a notification for project created in the notification schemes.

Sadly can't find any that seems to do that. As i said, the webhook + custom script would be the best workaround for that. Pretty easy to setup if you have some coding knowledge.
