If you want to install it manually, please download the correct version based on your JIRA version https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211836/automation-for-jira-server-lite/version-history

JIRA Automation are not based on boards but on events.

One more query.  Automation option for JIRA SD project only ?not for regular jira project .
