I am not able to add certain individuals to the tempo team. when I search for their name nothing appears. they are added in my JIRA server but their name does not pop when I search for them in tempo team. IS this a known bug?

I'm just guessing here but could you double check that those people "the ones you cannot find" actually have access to Tempo?

Meaning in the global permissions on your instance they will need to be granted the "Tempo Timesheets Access" global permission

This is normally by default but you never know if someone added some custom groups.

The group has been added to this permission which has all the JIRA users and so they should be able to be added in the tempo team but when i search for their names I cant find anything, Does this have anything to do with the active directory? or do we need to restart Jira or upgrade tempo? anything u can think of? Please let me know
