I'm not able to use my boards. It says site maintenance. Can I get information for that immediately?

Without maintenance, JSM would never get updated. So let's please give the boys and girls at Atlassian some room to get their work done in the predefined time schedule they present you.

Actually, let me better explain the issue.
I have created a site with 10+ boards with my work email adress which we have been using for a while. And recently, I've became a member of another team and therefore a member of another site but at the same time lost access to the old site.
Essentially, I don't need to acesss both of them at the same time but I do need to migrate all of my boards from the pervious site.
Who can support me on migrating all my boards from the old site to the new one.
What is the procedure of creating a ticket in the platform?

As a board is merely a pair of glasses to look at a bunch of Jira Work items in one or more projects, it is my guess that you need to copy the content of all projects over to the new site, is that true?
