Hi community,
I cannot create another component from one component.
Although no changes can be made, the Creating Component button does not appear in existing projects.
It does not appear in other people who have previously created components.
I have admin authority and permission settings have been made.
Hi @Ayşenur Şen and welcome to the Community!
I am experiencing the exact same behavior in a customer site, so I assume something is wrong there somehow.
Let me see if I can escalate the issue somehow ...
After checking in with support, this seems to be a known issue that is currently under investigation. The feature should come back automatically once it is fixed.

Hi @Ayşenur Şen -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Here is the defect for this, which you may watch / vote for to see progress:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-82482
There is a noted work-around to use the bulk-update feature, from an issue search, to add a new Component...at least until this one is fixed.
Kind regards,
Bill
