Hi, I am an ORG admin and a premium user, but I can't see the boards, backlog, and other options in the sidebar. Also, the project settings > features page is blank.
Hi @Waheed Sharif / @Folake Abass
Welcome to the Community!
And welcome to the wonderful world of Jira Permissions, of which there are a few levels.
If you know this, then I apologise, its just where I would start.
Having Org Admin, allows you to add users / groups / and people to products.
However are you also a member of the Jira administrators group?
If not, I'd add yourselves to that group, which will give you most Project permissions.
Then go look at the Project.
If you can not see the 'front end; of the Project, then you will need to add yourself to the Project, and that will consume a licence.
If things have disappeared, then perhaps you where removed from a group, that had permissions?
I'm rusty on this, so I do hope I've given you a place to start, and pls let me know.
Regards
Mark
Hi @Mark Higgins Yes, I'm a member of Jira administrators group. Just to be sure, I just created a new group and gave myself all of the permissions. Still, no use.
Also, all of my colleagues have lost access to these features.

Ok, thanks for coming back so quickly.
It's a Software Project, and so is it Jira or Jira Service Management (not that it really matters).
It would appear one of the permissions has been updated, but I know you have said , that this didn't occur.
So in my software project I can see:
Are we talking Apples for Apples?
Regards
Mark.
PS. Sorry, but I am about to head out, so I'll look tomorrow upon my return. Good Luck

Did you figure this out? I could see the boards, backlog, and other options only a few days ago. Didn't change anything.

Hello,
This issue is typically related to permissions. Please ensure that you have the necessary browser permissions for the project, particularly if it’s a company management project. For team management projects, confirm that you have been assigned the appropriate role within the project.
