I have a duplicate Status in a workflow, not sure why

I have a workflow that is pretty basic with minor adjustments from the default Service Desk.  For some reason, I'm getting two status transition options (Waiting for Customer (2)).  See the image.

How can I get rid of that or anyone know where it is coming from?

I can only see one "waiting for customer" transition here, although it has a name "waiting for customer (2)" which I think is why you suggest it is two.

Edit the workflow and rename the transition.  My guess as to why it has a (2) in it is that the admin who edited the workflow already had one of that name and could not create a duplicate name.  (If it were me, It is likely that I would have created the new one, deleted the old and then forgotton to rename the new one and remove the (2))

Hi Nic,

You are correct.  When I see the workflow in Text mode, it is easier to see the (2).  I will make the changes.  Thanks again for the help!

Hi @Damon Gaylor , I had the same Issue, could you please share how did you make the changes? as I cannot fix it yet. Thank you very much!
