I want to create a global automation without dependency from a specific Jira board

Jaqueline Mendes May 6, 2022

Hi, Guys! How are you?

I want to create a global automation without dependency from a specific Jira board. That automation must change the status from "Ready to Development" to " To Do", it must happen when a sprint has begin in any board from our Jira Projects. I want to apply this as a global automation, without relate project to project by a specific board. As an adtional information, in our campany we have de Jira Premmium Version. Please, any of you could help me solve this issue?

Thank you!

Hello @Jaqueline Mendes

Welcome to the community.

That is not currently possible in the Jira Cloud product. Here are two change requests related to supporting automation for sprint triggers without requiring board specification.
