Hi all
I have created the below automation rule that send an email to any team that has been added to a custom field ("Team(s)") on an issue. This works fine, but my perfectionist personality is really bugged by the fact that I have to basically create four identical 'rules within a rule' to get this to work. Is there a way to have a single condition that identifies all teams that have been added, as opposed to identifying them one-by-one as I currently have it?

Hi Dorian - Yeah, I have had the same struggle in the past, and what you have seems to be the only way to really do it. If works, I would let the sleeping dog lie. :-)
