Is it possible to capture linked issues on a form?

Trying to set up a nice form for creating change requests, we want the user to be able to select what issues they're deploying as part of the change to give traceability between developer tickets and change.

Is there anyway to add linked issues as a field on a form currently or is the only way to do this via the normal create issue within JIRA / JSM?

Just to be clear before making a suggestion, are you using Forms (FKA ProForma), or a regular JSM form?

Yeah the old ProForma type forms as per the link.

Now that the Assets integration is in it's opened up a lot of opportunity but looks like the adding linked issues isn't there yet.
