Is it possible to have multiple portals with different SLAs feed into a single project

can we have multiple portals feed into a single project...each portal could be for customers with different SLAs.

Hi @Rob 

You can try to use third-party add-ons like SLA Time and Report. It let you set multi SLA configurations according to your needs (issue type, project, label and others). So in your case, you will be able to set different SLA config for each customer request witch come from JSD portal. 

Or did you need customer interfaces of the portal, when each user group can see different data on it?

Hi Rob,

with JSD you have a single Help Center (portal of portals) and then every project in that JSD instance has a portal under the Help Center. Project and portals have a 1:1 relationship. SLAs are much more flexible and you can create unique SLAs within a project. I’m unsure if I have helped here as I’m not exactly clear on your goal.
