Is possible to create a user without monthly costs? (only to view project info - no interactions)

We want to create some users that will only see Jira projects info. They will not do any interaction. Just see projects painel tasks.

Not for free - a Jira user with any access counts towards your licence.

But you can allow non-logged-in people access to your Jira.  It won't know who they are, so read-only access is very strongly recommended, but you can just use "anyone" as a group in your project permissions to let the world see it.

Best described as a work-around, worst as a gaping vulnerability.

I've wanted this for many years now as well; Daemon users which can be used explicitly to provide DISCRETE (for the purposes of security, and 0-trust methodology) access from various applications to explicit Jira resources.
