Issue with Multi-line Custom Text Field

Hi Community,

I don't know what's happening or if something has changed recently. There is a multi-line custom text field; it looks exactly like the system field "Description." That multi-line custom file was created 4,5 years ago. I need a similar multi-line text field. I created one, but it doesn't have text editor options on the top, such as bold, italic, paragraph, etc option. I compare the properties of both fields, and both look the same. Jira doesn't support that kind of field anymore, or is something wrong with our Jira instance? I am attaching the screenshots.

Hi @Shah Baloch ,

Please check the render of your custom field. By changing the render of your "My custom field" to wiki render , you can get text editor.
