JIRA Cloud for Sheets not working - Error 503

I have been used Jira Cloud for Sheets to get data in Gsheet. But from last Thursday, the connection is too slow and I always got this error -> cannot finish querying time, only got part of total row then pop up with these below error.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks a lot!

These are some of browser related errors.

• Could you please try again after clearing cache/cookies ?
• Could you please try the same from different browser or Incognito mode  ?
• What happens when you just go the the base url of your product and not that specific project?
