Hi - I am unable to save down an SLA goal I'm creating for my JIRA Service Desk if I use a custom field. I am using the autocomplete function when typing in the JQL query (also shows a green check mark).

Another thing to note is that the problem seems to be intermittent as it works for other project that have the same custom field made.error.jpeg

Hi Phil, Thanks for the input. Even I had a similar issue with custom objects in JQL. but without any error, still the Goal is not letting me add it. The hour sign just keep rotating.JQL Goal setup Issue-Service Desk.png

Hi @paras chopra

The first thing I would do is take the JQL and test it in the search page as that gives some error messages rather than just the spinning clock.

Hi @TM

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The error message you are getting implies that the value "Severity 3 - Medium" does not exist in your Severity Levels field. I would start by checking the exact spelling of the option you are looking to select paying particular attention to spaces. The green tick indicates that the JQL is of the correct format NOT that the value is valid.

Hope this helps you track down the fault.

Phill
