as an Admin I can change the "Full Name" of our Service Desk Customers. (i.e. from their E-Mail to their real Name)
What Permission is responsible for this authorization?
I want my JSD Agents be able to edit the Customer "Full Name" - but struggling to find the right Permission ...

Hi Andreas,
Only site-admins can change customers' full name because it's necessary to access Site administration > Jira Service Desk > Portal only customers and only users added to the group site-admin can do this. Note that they will also be able to manage internal users.
